3. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: As our products are digital and delivered immediately, we do not accept order cancellations once the payment is processed and the product is delivered.
  • Pre-Order Cancellation: If you pre-order a digital product, you can cancel the pre-order before the product is released. Please contact our support team with your order details to process the cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after the purchase is completed.
